Meeting Agendas will be sent via hardcopy 'West Awake' newsletter or via pdf email attachment. All Members should notify Committee Members or Email the Club with any Agenda issues they wish to discuss.

Meeting dates are scheduled to be the first Friday of every month (although this may be subject to change). Club Members will be notified of any meetings or important Club dates via  Website updates, 'West Awake' Newsletter as well as email and text messages
